GENERAL INFORMATION:

Due to monitor differences, actual colors may vary slightly from what appears in the listing and the design will not be printed on the exact shirt pictured. Due to worldwide inventory constraints, we also use brands Next Level, Jerzees, Hanes EcoSmart, Bella Canvas, and Rabbit Skins.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING:

We allow 2 to 4 business days for designing, printing, and pressing. Monday through Friday are considered business days and standard shipping is 3-5 business days after production time. Please note that shipping times may vary.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

All items are custom made, meaning we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please be sure to review our size chart before placing your order. However, we will be happy to refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our part. In this case, please provide us with proof of the error through a photo. In some cases, the return of the original product may be necessary. Refund or replacement will be eligible if the product size, color, text color, design, or text is wrong.
